Welcome to SAFE Platform ("SAFE," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our mobile application, website, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SAFE Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Services

SAFE Platform provides a comprehensive multi-service platform, including but not limited to:

• Ridesharing Services: Connecting riders with drivers for transportation
• Faith-Based Dating: Christian-oriented dating and matchmaking services
• Seminary Education: Online theological courses and degree programs
• Food Delivery: Restaurant food ordering and delivery services
• Car Rental: Peer-to-peer vehicle rental marketplace
• Community Features: Prayer requests, daily encouragement, and faith-based content

3. User Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

Additional requirements apply for drivers, vehicle owners, and seminary students, including background checks, license verification, and educational prerequisites.

4. Account Registration and Security

When you create an account with SAFE, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it current
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Services for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Scrape, mine, or collect data from the Services using automated means
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers

6. Ridesharing Services

For Riders:

• You must be at least 18 years old to request rides
• You are responsible for your own safety and conduct during rides
• You agree to treat drivers with respect and courtesy
• You must pay all applicable fees and charges
• You may not bring illegal items, weapons, or excessive passengers

For Drivers:

• You must pass a background check and maintain valid licenses and insurance
• Your vehicle must meet safety and quality standards
• You must comply with all traffic laws and regulations
• You are an independent contractor, not an employee of SAFE
• You must maintain professionalism and respect toward riders
• You may not discriminate against riders based on protected characteristics

SAFE is a technology platform that connects riders and drivers. We do not provide transportation services directly and are not a transportation carrier.

7. Dating Services

• All users must be 18 years or older
• You must provide accurate information in your profile
• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users
• SAFE does not conduct criminal background checks on all dating users
• You should exercise caution and meet in public places for first meetings
• You may not solicit money or engage in commercial transactions
• Inappropriate content, harassment, or abuse will result in account termination

8. Seminary Education Services

• Course enrollment is subject to prerequisites and approval
• You must complete coursework honestly and without plagiarism
• Degrees and certificates are awarded based on successful completion
• Tuition and fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• SAFE partners with accredited institutions to provide coursework

9. Food Delivery and Car Rental Services

Food delivery and car rental services operate through third-party providers and partners. Specific terms and conditions apply to these services, including payment, cancellation policies, vehicle insurance requirements, and liability provisions.

10. Payment Terms

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services
• Pricing may vary based on location, demand, and service type
• SAFE uses third-party payment processors to handle transactions
• You must provide valid payment information
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable law
• Drivers and service providers are paid according to our payment schedules

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and design, are owned by SAFE or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any content from the Services without our express written permission.

12. User-Generated Content

By submitting content to the Services (e.g., reviews, photos, prayer requests, dating profiles), you grant SAFE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in connection with the Services.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to our privacy practices.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimers:

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SAFE does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.

Limitation of Liability:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAFE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SAFE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SAFE, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your conduct in connection with the Services

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for any reason including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended period of inactivity
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from termination.

17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

Arbitration shall take place in Corpus Christi, Texas, unless otherwise agreed. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and SAFE regarding the use of the Services.
